A chip seal is simply the application of an asphalt binder on the pavement followed by the application of crushed aggregate. The excess aggregate is swept away and the result is a durable
seal coat on the pavement. This kind of preventive maintenance won’t have any contribution in the load bearing capacity of the pavement. Our synchronized chip-sealer is able to spray and spread bitumen emulsion and aggregate in the same time. It’s able to pave between 12000 to 15000 M^2 per working shift. The spraying system is CPU-controlled and independent from truck speed. It’s made by French-based Secmaer Company
