becomes either the base or sub-base of the new pavement structure. the procedures using specialist plant to pulverize and stabilize existing road materials, in-place, at ambient temperature with the addition of cement in dry or slurry condition. The final mix will compact and re-shape for the capping. The cement content shall be selected based on compressive strength as well material specs.
